Tewkesbury House Extension & Refurbishment
Gray Architecture was appointed to this project to develop a technical information package for a recent planning application. The services included firstly refining the current proposed internal layout and producing a series of 3D renderings to help the Clients better visualise their project.
The project is split into several phases; a front single-story annex, a side two-storey extension, and a rear single-storey orangery. The service covered development of highly technical building regulations drawings, specifications, and schedules for each phase, and assistance with the tendering process.
