This information is collect information to improve this website, the service offered and your experience of this website and the business. Personal data is collected via the contact form section of this website in order to contact you in relation to your enquiry, provide any initial advice/comments and potentially arrange a meeting.

The personal contact details will be stored within email records and on the business server system. Gray Architecture takes appropriate measures to protect your details. In the event of a security breach, you will be contacted to inform you of such within the first three days of it becoming aware to the business.

The information submitted shall be kept in a contact form until Gray Architecture has responded to your enquiry, whether it be a telephone call, an email or a site meeting. Your details shall be disposed of within 3 months of the enquiry being responded to.
