A Modern Duplex Apartment

This development project formed a third-floor addition to an existing townhouse to create a contemporary duplex apartment. The developer/client sought additional floor space and a more generous and flexible living area. 

The design solution provides a completely open-plan living storey separated from the bedroom spaces below. The client selected a muted yet stylish palette of materials and colours that created a clean appearance yet can be easily adapted to suit the tenant's taste.
