The architect's brief: refurbish a two-bedroom townhouse flat and introduce modern open plan spaces flooded with natural light, and maximise the development floor area.

The key was creating a new kitchen space connected directly to the living and dining areas. These internal concept images show light and airy rooms with a minimal colour palette and natural textures.
